Description

Obiectul contractului îl constituie achiziționarea de licențe de tip Microsoft Office după cum urmează: Pentru Lotul 1 - Licențe - Microsoft 365 Business Basic sau echivalent si Licențe - Microsoft Home & Business sau echivalent; Pentru Lotul 2 - Licențe - Microsoft LTSC Standard 2024 sau echivalent. Atribuirea se va finaliza prin incheierea unui contract distinct pe fiecare lot in parte. Achiziția va fi derulată integral prin mijloace electronice, într-o singură etapă, potrivit dispozițiilor art. 73 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire până în a 15-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se vor respecta prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare și ale art. 27 din Anexa la H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Obiectul contractului îl constituie achiziționarea de licențe de tip Microsoft Office, după cum urmează: Pentru Lotul 1 - Licențe - Microsoft 365 Business Basic sau echivalent - 22 buc si Licențe - Microsoft Home & Business sau echivalent - 139 buc., conform cerintelor tehnice minimale din Caietul de sarcini.; Obiectul contractului îl constituie achiziționarea de licențe de tip Microsoft Office, după cum urmează: Pentru Lotul 2 - Licențe - Microsoft LTSC Standard 2024 sau echivalent- 197 buc, conform cerintelor tehnice minimale din caietul de sarcini
