Prin HG 1171/2025 la nivelul sistemului național de învățământ preuniversitar se instituie Programul național „Masă sănătoasă“, denumit în continuare PNMS, derulat pe perioada desfășurării cursurilor școlare din anul 2026; In baza acestui program, Autoritatea contractantă doreste achiziţionarea de pachete alimentare conform caietului de sarcini care se vor distribui zilnic, catre un numar de aproximativ 591 copii . Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 16 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă doreste achiziţionarea de pachete alimentare care se vor distribui zilnic, catre un numar de aproximativ 591 copii apartinand Scoalii Gimnaziale Campeni si subunitatile sale.
