Description

Pentru functionarea mijloacelor auto si masinilor de mica mecanizare din doatarea CNCF CFR SA este necesara achizitia de carburanti (benzina si motorina). Achizitia se face prin intermediul unor instrumente de plata utilizate pe piata de profil, reprezentate de bonurile valorice pentru carburanti auto (BVCA). CNCF CFR SA intentioneaza sa incheie un acord cadru pentru o perioada de 4 ani. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări/informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire pana in a 22-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari transmise dupa data limita stabilita. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP, semnata cu semnatura electronica extinsa. Pentru functionarea mijloacelor auto si masinilor de mica mecanizare din doatarea CNCF CFR SA este necesara achizitia de carburanti (benzina si motorina). Achizitia se face prin intermediul unor instrumente de plata utilizate pe piata de profil, reprezentate de bonurile valorice pentru carburanti auto (BVCA). CNCF CFR SA intentioneaza sa incheie un acord cadru pentru o perioada de 4 ani pentru cantitatea minima de 1.539.084 litri, respectiv cantitatea maxima de 4.098.856 litri insemnand cantitatea minima 215.472 file BVCA, respectiv cantitatea maxima 573.840 file BVCA.
