Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari:16 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 2. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la solicitările de clarificari cu 12 zile inainte de data depunerii ofertelor Acord cadru pentru furnizare carburant auto - motorină lichidă EURO 5 a) minim 175.000 litri b) maxim 180.000 litri Cantitatea estimata de motorină EURO 5 ce va fi furnizata pe durata unui contract subsecvent este de minim 12.000 litri motorina si maxim 45.000 litri motorina, conform Caietului de sarcini.
