Autoritatea contractantă intentioneaza sa atribuie contractul cu obiectul "Furnizare 3 microbuze hibrid plug-in pentru proiectul "Transport școlar verde pentru elevii din Județul Mehedinți" . Durata prezentului Contract începe de la data semnarii de catre ambele parti si se finalizeaza in 5 luni de la aceasta data. Furnizarea produselor aferente contractului va incepe de la data semnarii contractului, până la data îndeplinirii obligatiilor contractuale in sarcina partilor, conform graficului de livrare actualizat in functie de data semnarii contractului. 1. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor va fi: in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Obiectul contractului de achiziție publică ce se dorește a fi atribuit este de furnizare a unui număr de 3 unități de microbuze hibrid plug-in în cadrul proiectului ,„Transport școlar verde pentru elevii din județul Mehedinți” cu capacitate de 16 + 1 locuri pe scaune. UAT Județul Mehedinți a obținut finanțarea acordată de către Administratia Fondului pentru Mediu, în cadrul programului privind imbunatatirea calitatii aerului si reducerea cantitatii de gaza cu efect de sera, prin utilizarea transportului elevilor cu autovehicule mai putin poluante de tipul microbuzelor electrice, hibride si alimentate cu gaz natural comprimat. Nu toate școlile din județul Mehedinți pot asigura transportul elevilor la și de la școală, iar altele dispun de mijloace de transport care nu asigură un transport în condiții optime pentru elevi și prezintă un nivel ridicat al emisiilor de carbon, cu efect asupra calității mediului, motiv pentru care s-a considerat oportună această achiziție. Prin această procedură urmărește achiziționarea a 3 microbuze hibrid plug-in, cu capacitatea de 16+1 locuri, în scopul asigurarării transportului elevilor din mediul rural din județul Mehedinți, care nu au școli în localitatea de domiciliu. Prin achiziție sunt vizați cei trei piloni ai conceptului de sustenabilite, respectiv: social, economic și de mediu. Microbuzele hibrid plug-in de 16+1 locuri vor fi structurate cu o singură secțiune (nearticulat și fără etaj), într-o construcție cu podeaua/planșeul coborât/ă, și vor fi dotate cu facilități pentru accesul persoanelor cu mobilitate redusă (rampă și/sau alte dotări specifice), fiind destinate transportului școlar, respectând prevederile înscrise în Directiva 2009/33/CE a parlamentului european și a consiliului din 23 aprilie 2009 privind promovarea vehiculelor de transport rutier nepoluante și eficiente din punct de vedere energetic și în Regulamentul nr. 51 din 2007 al Comisiei Economice pentru Europa a Organizației Națiunilor Unite (CEE-ONU).
