ACHIZITIE SEBELIPASE ALFA - CONFORM CAIETULUI DE SARCINI NUMAR ZILE PANA LA CARE SE POT SOLICITA CLARIFICARI INAINTE DE DATA LIMITA DE DEPUNERE A OFERTELOR/CANDIDATURILOR: 6 ZILE TERMENUL LIMITA IN CARE AUTORITATEA CONTRACTANTA VA RASPUNDE SOLICITARILOR DE CLARIFICARI IN MOD CLAR SI COMPLET ESTE DE 4 ZILE INAINTE DE TERMENUL LIMITA STABILIT PENTRU DEPUNEREA OFERTELOR DE PARTICIPARE. CONTRACTELE SUBSECVENTE VOR FI ATRIBUITE LUNAR, TRIMESTRIAL SAU SEMESTRIAL IN FUNCTIE DE EXISTENTA FONDURILOR BUGETARE SI DE NEVOILE AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME CARE POT FACE OBIECTUL ACORDULUI CADRU: * SEBELIPASE ALFA - minim 6 CUT - maxim 350 CUT X 1FL. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise NUMAI prin intermediul SICAP-ului; Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise NUMAI prin intermediul SICAP-ului. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a efectua modificari ale acordului cadru, dupa cum urmeaza: Acordul cadru si Contractele subsecvente vor putea sa fie modificate prin acte aditionale in urmatoarele situatii: Cantitatile maxime ce pot fi suplimentate pana la maxim 10% din cantitatile aferente acordului cadru, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 221 lit. f) din Legea 98/2016 privind achiziţiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, coroborate cu cele ale art. 6 din Instructiunea 3/2017, fiind considerate o modificare nesubstantiala - prag valoric. Orice modificare a datelor de contact, reprezentanților autorizați ai Părților, persoanelor de contact, conturilor bancare și băncilor prin care se efectuează plățile Drepturile și obligațiile furnizorului, stabilite prin acest Acordul Cadru sunt preluate de către un alt operator economic ca urmare a unei succesiuni universale sau cu titlu universal în cadrul unui proces de reorganizare, în condițiile stabilite prin Lege. Identificarea oricărei erori, omisiuni sau oricărui viciu în cerințele Achizitorului, precizate in prezenta Documentatie de atribuire Identificarea necesității oricărei diminuări/majorări/modificări a Acordului Cadru sau a unei părți a acestuia (exemplu: asigurarea depozitării Produselor pentru o anumită perioadă sau pentru o perioadă mai mare de timp, emiterea de comenzi cu cantitati partiale, emiterea de comenzi in termene mai lungi sau mai scurte de timp).
