Acord-cadru furnizare medicament pentru sistemul musculo-scheletic -Nusinersenum sodic, solutie injectabila 12 mg, flacon 5 ml În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 10-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în măsura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.
