Acord - Cadru pentru „Lucrari de intretinere curenta pe timp de vara parte carosabila, acostamente, benzi de urgenta si benzi de incadrare anul I-IV (48 luni) - D.R.D.P. Brasov - Lot 1 - SDN Brasov. Termene pentru depunerea/raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 22 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Acord - Cadru pentru „Lucrari de intretinere curenta pe timp de vara parte carosabila, acostamente, benzi de urgenta si benzi de incadrare anul I-IV (48 luni) - D.R.D.P. Brasov - Lot 1 - SDN Brasov. Autoritatea contractanta estimeaza in functie de fondurile bugetare aprobate si alocate sa incheie minim 8 contracte subsecvente, cu o frecventa de minim doua contracte subsecvente pe an, sau dupa caz mai multe contracte subsecvente. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate pe durata acordului cadru, precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent sunt înscrise în Anexa 2.
