Description

Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este achiziționarea serviciilor de proiectare si a lucrarilor de executie privind extinderea sistemelor apa de racire si alimentare cu energie electrica pentru acceleratori de electroni, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini si documentelor conexe. În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu până la 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare adresate de către operatorii economici, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 27 alin (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
