Obiectul prezentului contract de achiziție publică constă în achiziționarea contractului de execuție lucrări, inclusiv a serviciului de proiectare (PAC, PT, DDE, asistență tehnică) pentru obiectivul de investiții "Reabilitarea reţelelor de termoficare primare şi secundare din municipiul Constanţa - etapa V" Achiziția de lucrări cuprinde o clauza suspensivă, respectiv: Contractul privind achiziția execuției lucrărilor, inclusiv a serviciului de proiectare (PAC, PT, DDE, asistență tehnică) pentru obiectivul de investiții ,,Reabilitarea reţelelor de termoficare primare şi secundare din municipiul Constanţa - etapa V", se va semna după şi în condițiile semnării contractului de finanțare, aferent proiectului "Reabilitarea reţelelor de termoficare primare şi secundare din municipiul Constanţa - etapa V " Numărul de zile pana la care operatorii economici pot adresa intrebari/clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare in a-11-a zi inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
