Proiectarea și execuția de lucrări de consolidare, reabilitare și ramenajare imobil existent în vederea schimbării destinației din locuință în Centrul de Cercetari Fundamentale al Universității de Medicină și Farmacie “Grigore T Popa” Iași, Termenul limită în care operatorii economici interesați vor putea solicita clarificări este de minim 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, stabilit prin anunțul de participare. Autoritatea contractantă va încerca să răspundă în mod consolidat, la toate clarificările primite în termen; cel mai tarziu cu 11 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Pentru orice altă solicitare a vreunui operator economic care nu este transmisă în termenul precizat, autoritatea contractantă va face eforturi de a raspunde fără să-și asume vre-o obligație, considerând-o solicitare tardivă.
