Description

Obiectivul general al proiectului constă în reabilitarea strada Țigaretei în Mun. Sfântu Gheorghe, jud. Covasna. De asemenea se vor îndeplini următoarele obiective: - Strada va fi adusă într-o stare care să corespundă cerinţelor de calitate prevăzute de Legea 10/1995 şi anume, rezistenţă şi stabilitate la acţiuni statice, dinamice şi seismice, siguranţă în exploatare, igienă, sănătatea oamenilor, protecţia şi refacerea mediului; - Refacerea din punct de vedere arhitectural; - Scăderea anuală a gazelor cu efect de seră; - Creşterea siguranţei circulaţiei auto şi pietonale; - Îmbunătăţirea accesului la canalizare menajeră pentru consumatorii privaţi şi pentru agenţii economici. Termen de execuție: 12 luni Garanția minimă solicitată pentru lucrările efectuate: 36 luni (3 ani), de la data recepției la terminarea lucrărilor executate. Termenul de garanție suplimentară ofertată va fi de maxim 12 luni, după expirarea garanției minimă solicitată. Termenul până la care se pot solicita clarificări de la autoritatea contractantă este de 18 zile înainte de data depunere a ofertelor. Termenul până la care autoritatea contractanta răspunde la solicitările de clarificări este de 11 zile înainte de data de depunere ofertelor. Natura și cantitatea lucrărilor sunt cele menționate în caietul de sarcini.
