Description

Prezenta procedură de achiziție publică are ca obiect realizarea achiziției publice de: a) servicii de proiectare tehnică și; b) asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului; c) execuție lucrări; Serviciile si lucrarile achizitionate au ca scop final implementarea proiectului cu titlul "Infiintare retea inteligenta de distrihutie gaze naturale in oras Horezu, judetul Valcea". Ordinul de începere al prestării serviciilor (ca etapa initiala in executia contractului) va fi emis doar dupa semnarea contractului de finantare între MINISTERUL DEZVOLTĂRII, LUCRĂRILOR PUBLICE ȘI ADMINISTRAȚIEI în calitate de Finantator si Beneficiar - UAT Horezu. În acest sens, prezenta procedura de achiziție se lansează cu clauza suspensivă. Orice cheltuială legată de elaborarea și depunerea ofertei cade în sarcina directă a operatorilor economici. În eventualitatea în care contractul nu poate fi prestat pentru că nu se semnează contractul de finanțare, autoritatea contractantă nu va putea fi trasă la răspundere pentru plata unor eventuale prejudicii create operatorilor economici pentru elaborarea și depunerea ofertei Prezenta procedură de achiziție publică are ca obiect realizarea achiziției publice de: a) servicii de proiectare (documentații pentru avize/acorduri/autorizații, DTAC, proiect tehnic și detalii de execuție), inclusiv verificarea tehnică de calitate a proiectului tehnic și a detaliilor de execuție, care cade în sarcina prestatorului și se realizează prin verificatori de proiecte atestați, independenți de echipa de proiectare; verificarea tehnică este poziție distinctă în cadrul componentei de proiectare; b) asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului; c) execuție lucrări; Nu fac obiectul prezentei achiziții: dirigenția de șantier (cap. 3.8.2 din Devizul General) și coordonarea în materie de securitate și sănătate pe durata execuției lucrărilor (cap. 3.8.3 din Devizul General). Aceste servicii se asigură de autoritatea contractantă separat, prin achiziții distincte, pentru a păstra independența supravegherii față de executant. Serviciile si lucrarile achizitionate au ca scop final implementarea proiectului cu titlul "Infiintare retea inteligenta de distrihutie gaze naturale in oras Horezu, judetul Valcea".
