Obiectul contractului il constituie prestarea serviciilor de proiectare si executie lucrari pentru obiectivul de investitie CONSTRUIRE AUTOBAZA DE TRANSPORT, ORASUL BUFTEA, JUDETUL ILFOV, finantat prin Programul Regional Bucuresti-Ilfov 2021-2027, Prioritatea 4 O regiune cu mobilitate ridicata - Actiunea 4.1, apelul PR BI 4/4.1/4.2/1/2025. Contractul include elaborarea documentatiei tehnico-economice in fazele: Proiect Tehnic (PT), Proiect pentru Autorizarea Executarii Lucrarilor (P.A.C.), Proiect de Organizare a Executiei (P.O.E.), Detalii de Executie (D.E.), Caiete de sarcini pe specialitati, documentatii pentru obtinerea avizelor si autorizatiilor, asistenta tehnica a proiectantului, verificare tehnica a proiectarii, audit energetic la finalizarea lucrarilor, precum si executia lucrarilor de constructii-montaj si remedierea defectelor in perioada de garantie. Lucrarile cuprind: construire hala mentenanta auto, spalatorie si imobilizator; amenajare platforma exterioara si imprejmuire; instalare echipamente specifice (sistem fotovoltaic 146 kWp, 10 statii de incarcare vehicule electrice x 60 kW, sistem BMS/EMS, elevator ITP, grup electrogen 100 kVA, UPS, ventilatie hala, pompa de caldura). Durata contractului: 18 luni (3 luni proiectare + 15 luni executie). Proiectarea lucrărilor: Întocmire Proiect Tehnic și detalii de execuție, documentații tehnice necesare în vederea obținerii acordurilor, avizelor și autorizațiilor, PAC, POE și asigurarea asistenței tehnice pe parcursul execuției lucrărilor, verificarea tehnică a proiectării,audit energetic la finalizarea lucrarilor. Execuția lucrărilor: Proiectul de investiții constă în execuţie lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții: "CONSTRUIRE AUTOBAZA DE TRANSPORT, ORAȘUL BUFTEA, JUDEȚUL ILFOV", care cuprinde: construire hală mentenanță auto, spălătorie și imobilizator; amenajare platformă exterioară și împrejmuire; instalare echipamente specifice (sistem fotovoltaic 146 kWp, 10 stații de încărcare vehicule electrice × 60 kW, sistem BMS/EMS, ventilație hală, pompă de căldură). Prin prezenta investiție se vor realiza următoarele componente: Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare, în cea de-a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Prezenta procedură își propune atribuirea unui contract de achizitie publică de lucrări (proiectare și execuție): ”CONSTRUIRE AUTOBAZA DE TRANSPORT, ORAȘUL BUFTEA, JUDEȚUL ILFOV” Pentru implementarea acestui proiect este necesară elaborarea documentației de proiectare în fazele Proiect tehnic (PT) + Proiectul pentru autorizarea executării lucrărilor de construire (P.A.C.) + Proiectul de organizare a execuţiei lucrărilor (P.O.E.) + Detalii de execuție (DE) + Caiete de sarcini pe specialități (CS)+ Documentaţiile pentru obţinerea avizelor, asistența tehnică a proiectantului, verificarea tehnica a proiectarii și execuția lucrărilor, Audit energetic la finalizarea lucrarilor, „As built” la finalul execuției, Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute în Perioada de Garantie. Modificarea contractului de achizitie publica, în cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se va putea efectua în condițiile prevăzute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 și al prevederilor din cadrul Instrucțiunilor ANAP, în vigoare la momentul inițierii modificării. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare, în cea de-a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
