Description

•Autoritatea contractantă organizatoare, Unitatea de Logistică și Achiziții Centralizate a Poliției Penitenciare, va încheia un acord-cadru pentru furnizarea de conserve de legume în apă sau bulion, pentru o perioadă de 24 de luni, cu un singur operator economic. Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate și derulate de către unitățile penitenciare beneficiare. •Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate, de regulă, trimestrial. •Termenele în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare: în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul-limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. •Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări, înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. •Cantitatea minimă și maximă la nivelul acordului-cadru este conform Anexei 1 la Caietul de sarcini. •Cantitatea minimă și maximă la nivel de contract subsecvent este conform Anexei C la Caietul de sarcini.
