ALIMENTE LACTATE, CONFORM CAIETULUI DE SARCINI Autoritatea contractanta raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18 zile Contractul va avea valabilitate până la data de 31.12.2025, cu posibilitate de prelungire prin act adițional, până la nivelul maxim prevăzut în necesar, până la data de 30.04.2026, conform prevederilor art. 165 din HG395/2016.
