Entitatea contractantă intenționează să încheie un acord-cadru având ca obiect “ Sistem de izolație anticorozivă foarte întărit aplicat la rece pentru izolarea conductelor îngropate din oțel - C 50 Cod CPV 44111500-6 a) numărul sau intervalul în care se va încadra numărul de operatori economici care vor fi parte a acordului-cadru ce urmează să fie încheiat: 1 singur operator economic b) frecvența de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: minim 1 contract - maxim 2 contracte c). Cantitate estimata pentru un contract subsecvent (mp): minim 2000 mp; maxim 5000 mp; Cantitate estimata pentru un acord cadru ( 4 ani) (mp): minim 8000 mp; maxim 20000 mp d) estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru - 2.086.500 lei , fara TVA Data limită până la care operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, este a 18-a zi dinaintea datei limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 173 Legea nr. 99/2016, modificată și completată de OUG 107/2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative cu impact în domeniul achizițiilor publice.
