Description

Procedura de licitație deschisă pentru achiziția de ''Acord cadru achizitie inghetata" a cărei valoare totală este de 144.831,75 lei fără TVA. Fiecare participant la procedură are posibilitatea de a depune oferte pentru 1 (un) lot, mai multe sau pentru toate loturile. Estimările cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe întreaga perioadă a acordului-cadru și a celor care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru, se regăsesc în caietele de sarcini. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
