Acordul cadru de servicii Inchiriere fluxuri digitale este este necesar pentru asigurarea nevoilor de schimb informational toate programele majore ale Ministerului Apararii Nationale. Abonament linie terminala Fluxuri inchiriate pe teritoriul national 2.048 Kbps minim 30 - maxim 300 / luna Abonament linie terminala Fluxuri inchiriate 34.368 Kbps pe teritoriul national minim 20-maxim 150/luna Abonament linie Fluxuri 155 Mbps pe teritoriul national minim 2- maxim 20/luna Abonament linie terminala Fluxuri inchiriate 2.048 Kbps international minim 2 -maxim 15/luna * Taxa instalare/reconfigurare per port pe teritoriul international minim 0 - maxim 13 * Taxa instalare/reconfigurare per port pe teritoriul national minim 1 -maxim 190 *Pretul prevazut pentru instalari/reconfigurari per port international, se achita o singura data in momentul instalarii/reconfigurarii. *Instalarea/reconfigurarea poate fi solicitata pe durata intregului acord cadru. Durata acordului cadru este de 36 de luni. Valoarea (lei fara tva) acord cadru estimat minim 2.822.184 - maxim 23.191.520 Valoarea (lei fara tva) contract subsecvent estimat minim 940.728 - maxim (cel mai mare contract subsecvent) 7.776.440 Termen limita solicitare clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: 17 zile anterior datei limita de depunere candidaturi. Data de raspuns la toate solicitarile de clarificari: 11 zile anterior datei limita de depunere a candidaturilor. Criteriul de atribuire este pretul cel mai scazut si se aplica pentru cantitatea maxima de fluxuri In functie de modul si de durata in care sunt solutionate deranjamentele semnalate ( in baza bonului de deranjament) a rapoartelor semestriale privind functionarea serviciului contractat, se va avea in vedere reducerea cuantumului valorii facturii conform detalierii din Caietul de sarcini art. 9.
