Prin prezenta achiziție se urmărește încheierea unui contract de achiziție publică, care va asigura Servicii închiriere de autocare și microbuze cu șofer, pentru transport intern și internațional de persoane în cadrul Programului de tabere ARC 2026. Număr zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor - 10 zile Răspunsul consolidat al autorității contractante la aceste solicitări va fi transmis cu 5 zile înainte de termenul stabilit in anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Obiectul achiziției (contractului) îl constituie achiziționarea serviciilor de închiriere de autocare și microbuze cu Program de tabere „ARC" 2026, în România, în Județele Neamț, Prahova, Botoșani, Vrancea, Brașov, Cluj, Harghita, Ilfov precum și municipiul București, sau alte locații din țară stabilite de Autoritatea Contractantă în perioada iunie - septembrie ce vor fi comunicate în timp util prestatorului, în perioada 30.06.2026-01.09.2026. Proiectul implică participarea unui număr estimativ de mminim 5.000 de participanți maxim 10.000 de participanți - români din jurul granițelor, Balcani și emigrație.
