Medicamente - Program Nationale de Sanatate_HPN_, eculizumab si ravulizumab, conform centralizatorului atasat si conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini care face parte integranta din documentatia de atribuire si constituie ansamblul cerintelor pe baza carora se elaboreaza de catre fiecare ofertant propunerea tehnica. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 19 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor” pentru respectarea prevederilor art.160-161 din Legea nr.98/2016, Art.8 din HG 419/2018 ECULIZUMABUM 300 mg - 1 flac. de 30 ml contine eculizumab 300 mg (10 mg/ml, 300 mg); concentrat de solutie perfuzabila; cant min ctr. subsecvent = 36 cant max ctr. subsecvent = 108 cant min acord cadru = 432 cant maxc acord cadru = 1296; RAVULIZUMABUM 300 mg - 1 flac. de 3 ml contine ravulizumab 300 mg (100 mg/ml); concentrat de solutie perfuzabila; cant min ctr. subsecvent = 5 cant max ctr. subsecvent = 15 cant min acord cadru = 54 cant maxc acord cadru = 162; RAVULIZUMABUM 1100 mg - 1 flac. de 11 ml contine ravulizumab 1100 mg (100 mg/ml); concentrat de solutie perfuzabila; cant min ctr. subsecvent = 9 cant max ctr. subsecvent = 27 cant min acord cadru = 108 cant maxc acord cadru = 324
