Description

Spitalul Municipla Sighetu Marmatiei intentioneaza sa achizitioneze materiale de osteosinteza pentru realizarea actului medical al Sectiei de Ortopedie, la standardele de calitate impuse de legislatia din domeniul serviciilor medicale. Procedura se desfasoara cu impartire pe loturi, un numar de 27 de loturi. Astfel, se propune incheierea unui acrod cadru pe o perioada de 24 luni de catre Spitalului Municipal Sighetu Marmatiei. Achizitia Materialelor de Osteosinteza, descrierea si cantitatile minime si maxime a produselor ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri se regăsesc in caietul de sarcini cu anexele aferente. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 16 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor cantitatile/valorile minime si maxime, cat si specificatiile tehnice se regasesc la anexa 1 punctul 3.4.1.1 si anexa 2 punctul 3.4.1.2, acestea fac parte din caietul de sarcini
