Description

Acord cadru privind achizitia publica de GAZE NATURALE, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini. Total cant. AC ptr. 12 luni min.1 MWh si max. 5.200 MWh, din care consumatori casnici 4650 MWh si consumatori noncasnici 550 MWh. Cantitatile aferente celui mai mare contract subsecvent sunt de min 1 MWh si maxim 2.900 MWH. Produsele se vor livra cu caracteristicile și în condițiile solicitate în caietul de sarcini. Perioada previzionata pentru desfasurarea acordului cadru este de 12 luni de la data perfectarii acestuia. Pe parcursul desfasurarii acordului cadru se vor incheia 3 contracte subsecvente.Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Acord cadru privind furnizarea de GAZE NATURALE pentru o perioada de 12 luni, in cantitatile, conditiile si cu cerintele specificate in caietul de sarcini. Valoarea maxima estimata a AC este de 1.612.000 lei fara TVA. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent exprimata in lei fara TVA este de min. 1 lei - 899.000 lei. Total cant. AC ptr. 12 luni min.1 MWh si max. 5.200 MWh, din care consumatori casnici 4650 MWh si consumatori noncasnici 550 MWh. Cantitatile aferente celui mai mare contract subsecvent sunt de min 1 MWh si maxim 2.900 MWH.
