Acord cadru privind achizitia publica de LEGUME, FRUCTE SI CONSERVE DE LEGUME FRUCTE, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini. Valoarea totala estimata a AC exprimata in lei fara TVA este de min. 817,57 lei si max. 837.300,79 lei, respectiv Lotul nr. 1 - Legume si fructe Valoarea totala AC estimata in lei fara TVA este de min. 640,93 lei si max. 516.174,30 lei Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent estimata in lei fara TVA este de min. 640,93 lei - max.343.402,61 lei Lotul nr. 2 - Conserve Valoarea totala AC estimata in lei fara TVA este de min. 176,64 lei si max. 321.126,49 lei Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent estimata in lei fara TVA este de min. 174,64 lei - max. 187.409,64 lei. Cantitatile de produse sunt cele specificate in caietul de sarcini. Produsele se vor livra cu caracteristicile și în condițiile solicitate în caietul de sarcini. Perioada previzionata pentru desfasurarea acordului cadru este de 12 luni de la data perfectarii acestuia. Pe parcursul desfasurarii acordului cadru se vor incheia 3 contracte subsecvente. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Produsele se vor livra in cantitatile, caracteristicile si in conditiile solicitate in Caietul de sarcini. Livrarea se va face cu mijloacele de transport adecvate ale furnizorului, in centrele aflate in subordinea D.G.A.S.P.C. Vaslui, identificate in anexa nr.1 la caietul de sarcini. Perioada previzionata pentru desfasurarea acordului cadru este de 12 luni, calculate de la data perfectarii acestuia. Pe parcursul desfasurarii acordului cadru se vor incheia 3 contracte subsecvente.
