Description

Acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic. Acordul-cadru intră în vigoare de la data semnării acestuia de către ambele părți, iar acesta se va derula pentru o perioadă de 12 luni. Valoarea estimată, fără TVA, a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 132.762,00 Lei, iar valoarea estimată, fără TVA, a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 1.327.620,00 Lei. Calendarul estimativ de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: se vor încheia pentru 01.03.2025 - 31.12.2025 și pentru 01.01.2026 - 28.02.2026, în condițiile existenței resurselor financiare alocate cu această destinație. Estimare cantităţi care ar putea fi solicitate pe perioada de furnizare de 12 luni în baza acordului-cadru: - cantitatea minimă estimată 109 MWh; - cantitatea maximă estimată 1.308,00 MWh. Estimare cantități care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent: minim 109,00 MWh si maxim 1.090,00 MWh. Contract subsecvent de achizitie publica de produse nr. 2 (furnizare energie electrica pentru locurile de consum aferente ANCOM) in baza Acordului-cadru nr. e-SC/955/12.02.2025. Furnizare energie electrica pentru locurile de consum ale ANCOM in baza Acordului-cadru nr. e-SC/955/12.02.2025 si a anexelor la acesta pentru perioada 01 ianuarie 2026 - 28 februarie 2026.
