Achizitie de energie electrica pentru o perioada de 12 luni Cantitate minima estimata 1460 MWh Cantitate maxima estimata 2725 MWH Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în invitatia de participare, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde consolidat tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitate minima estimata acord cadru 1460 MWh Cantitate maxima estimata acord cadru 2725 MWH Cantitatea minima a unui contract subsecvent este de 215 MWH Cantitatea maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 1565 MWH Valoarea maxima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 3.945.378,15 lei fara tva
