Description

Echipamente medicale - 14 loturi conform caiet sarcini. In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98 / 2016, modificata prin OUG 107 / 2017, operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 20 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98 / 2016, modificata prin OUG 107 / 2017, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis cu 10 zile (in a 11-a zi) inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie semnata cu semnătură electronic extinsă, bazată pe un certificat calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat în condiţiile legii şi încărcata în SEAP. Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 1 - Ecografe si statie de lucru cardio cu module software pentru monitorizare cardiologie, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 2 - Upgrade Angiograf biplan, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 3 - Aparat de anestezie cu vaporizor, aspirator bronsic, sistem evacuare gaze, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 4 - Mese si suporti specifici angiografie, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 5 - Analizatoare rapide sala angiografie, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 6 - Echipament protectie plumb angiografie, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 7 - Echipament training silicon angiografie, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 8 - Injector dublu angiografie, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 9 - Statie de lucru imagistica, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 10 - Licență soft AI - non-contrast pentru triajul pacienților cu AVC, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 11 - Licență soft AI - perfuzie pentru triajul pacienților cu AVC, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 12 - Licență soft AI - simulare dispozitive neurointervențional dedicat pacienților cu anevrisme cerebrale, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 13 - Licență tip Office, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.; Specificatiile tehnice precum si cantitatile pentru lotului 14 - Licență software de protecție (antivirus) pentru 4 ani, se regasesc in caietul de sarcini.
