Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări cu cel mult 18 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare cu cel puțin 10 zile înainte de termenul limită pentru pregătirea documentației.
