Acord cadru furnizare CONSUMABILE MEDICALE specific ECMO si Angiografie conform caietului de sarcini atasat. Acordul-cadru se va încheia cu numărul maxim de operatori economici, fără reluarea competiției, cu împărțire pe loturi. Cantitățile și valorile estimate minime și maxime sunt prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini și au caracter orientativ. Cantitățile și valorile efectiv solicitate pot fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari, în funcție de necesitățile autorității contractante la momentul atribuirii contractelor subsecvente, precum și de fondurile bugetare alocate în acest scop. Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări cu cel mult 18 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare cu cel puțin 10 zile înainte de termenul limită pentru pregătirea documentației. Achizitie consumabile medicale specifice ECMO si compartimentul de Angiografie conform specificațiilor din caietul de sarcini care sunt minime dar obligatorii. Cantitățile minime și maxime estimate a fi achiziționate pe durata intregului acord cadru precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui contract subsecvent sunt menționate în caietul de sarcini
