Furnizare dotări și echipamente medicale pentru obiectivul de investiţie „Relocarea și modernizarea activității secției de oncologie și înființare compartiment cardiologie intervențională” SMIS 364559”-reluare loturi anulate, finanțat prin Programul Sanatate- Contractului de finanțare nr. 38901 din 27.03.2026. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare, numai prin SICAP. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 19 zile, conform art. 160 alin. (1) și alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informații suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut anterior, răspunsul autorității contractante va fi publicat în SICAP cu 11 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 alin.(2) din Legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractantă urmând să nu dea curs solicitărilor adresate prin altă modalitate de comunicare sau ulterioare termenului limită stabilit.
