Description

Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este achiziționarea de componente necesare realizarii sistemului de manipulare a tintei lichide, indispensabil pentru suprapunerea focarului laserului pe tinta pentru accelerarea ionilor necesari generarii de radioizotopi in cadrul experimentelor proiectului, conform cerintelor de cantitate si calitate precizate in Caietul de sarcini. În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu până la 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare adresate de către operatorii economici, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 27 alin (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
