Scopul acestei proceduri este achizitia de componente pentru sistemul de transport al fasciculului de pozitroni, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini si documentelor conexe. În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu până la 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare adresate de către operatorii economici, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 27 alin (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este achizitia de componente pentru echipamentele de ridicare si manipulare din cadrul sistemului de transport al fasciculului de pozitroni, in conditiile de calitate si in cantitatile mentionate in caietul de sarcini.; Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este achizitia de componente de detectie si electronice asociate pentru sistemul de transport al fasciculului de pozitroni, in conditiile de calitate si in cantitatile mentionate in caietul de sarcini.
