Informatii referitoare la primirea solicitarilor de clarificari si transmiterea raspunsurilor la solicitarile de clarificari: Dupa publicarea anuntului de participare ofertantii pot adresa solicitari de clarificari la sectiunea Detalii procedura/Intrebari. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se realizeaza in conformitate cu art 160-161 din Legea 98/2016. -Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 22 zile. -Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 15-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Se va incheia un acord cadru de furnizare pentru Terminal vehicular tetra Valoare (lei fara tva) acord cadru estimata: minim 7.229.750,00 / maxim 18.403.000,00 Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: in principiu cate doua sau trei pe an bugetar. Cantitatile estimate acord cadru: - Terminal vehicular TETRA: minim 550 cpl/maxim 1400cpl Cantitatile estimate minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului cadru: - Terminal vehicular TETRA: minim 1 cpl/maxim 300cpl Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit cf.art.20 alin.8 lit.g) din HG 395/2016 este: - Terminal vehicular TETRA: 3.943.500,00 lei fara TVA Se va incheia un acord cadru. Cantitate estimata acord cadru: min 550cpl/max 1400 cpl Cantitate estimata pentru contract subscvent min: 1 cpl/300 cpl Garantie: minim 36 luni
