Încheierea acordului cadru are ca obiect principal Furnizare, instalare și punere în funcțiune echipamente pentru „MODERNIZARE BUCĂTĂRIE LA NAVELE: PURTĂTOARE DE RACHETE, tip DRAGOR MARITIM, FREGATELE tip T22R și tip CORVETĂ, nave aflate în dotarea Forțelor Navale, conform solicitărilor din documentația descriptivă/ caietul de sarcini specific fiecărui produs / lot. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări /informaţiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depune a ofertelor este de 15.
