Description

Obiectul achiziției/procedurii: Servicii de dezvoltare și implementare a unui Sistem Informatic Integrat în cadrul proiectului DEZVOLTAREA DIRECŢIEI DE SANATATE PUBLICA A JUDEŢULUI ARAD PRIN INVESTIŢII ÎN SISTEME INFORMATICE ŞI INFRASTRUCTURA DIGITALĂ. În cadrul contractului se vor asigura următoarele obligații/activități: - dezvoltarea sistemului informatic integrat cu minim 19 module (acestea fiind descrise succint în Caietul de sarcini) - asigurarea unui curs de formare/de utilizare a sistemului informatic integrat (minim 20 persoane/ minim 5 zile/persoana) Ulterior implementării/dezvoltării propriu-zise a sistemului informatic integrat prestatorul va fi obligat prin contract sa asigure garantie si suport/user suport necesar achizitorului inclusiv modificarea platformei existente în sensul optimizării modulelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18- zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
