Description

Obiectivul general al acestei achiziții îl constituie atât desfășurarea asistenței medicale în condiții optime, cât și asigurarea celor mai bune condiții de tratament pacienților prin achiziționarea capsulelor de IOD de cea mai bună calitate. Pentru acest lucru se vor incheia Acorduri-Cadru cu primii 3 furnizori din calsamentul rezultat în urma evaluării ofertelor, pentru 24de luni, pentru fiecare lot in parte. In cazul in care numarul ofertantilor este mai mic de 3, Autoritatea contractanta va incheia acordul cadru numai cu acel/acei ofertanti a caror oferta este declarata admisibila. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise de catre operatorii economici cu 20 zile inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea ofertelor, iar raspunsurile la clarificari vor fi transmise in SICAP in a 11 a zi dinaintea termenului limită stabilit în Anunțul de participare, pentru depunerea ofertelor. Cantitățile minime și maxime stabilite de Autoritatea Contractantă sunt cele precizate în Caietul de Sarcini și Anexa la acesta și reprezintă estimări ale unor cantități care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru și nu cantitățile exacte care vor fi achiziționate,acestea din urmă putând fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari raportat la cele estimate, în funcție de necesitățile efective ale Autorității Contractante. Valorile maxime ale Contractelor subsecvente se regăsesc de asemenea, în cadrul Anexei la Caietul de sarcini, parte din documentația de atribuire.
