Prezenta strategie de contractare se realizeaza in scopul achizitionarii medicamente si a incheierii unui acord cadru/ contract subsecvent cu o durata de 36 luni pentru asigurarea medicamentelor in vederea tratarii eficiente a bolnavilor. Nota: Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare pana in a 5-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In intervalul unui an calendaristic se preconizeaza ca se vor incheia un numar estimativ de minim 1 contract subsecvent si un numar maxim de 12 contracte subsecvente/ acord-cadru. Pretul produselor contine inclusiv costurile cu cheltuielile de livrare, manipulare si transport incluse.
