Furnizare materiale de construcții și articole conexe necesare . Furnizare materiale de constructii necesare D.Î.R.D. Sector 3 ce are ca scop achizitionarea de materiale de constructii necesare efectuarii de catre autoritatea contractanta in regie proprie a constructiei/modernizarii/reabilitarii/repararii/intretinerii drumurilor aflate in administrarea Primariei Sector 3. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Scopul desfășurării prezentei proceduri de atribuire îl reprezintă atribuirea unui acord cadru având ca obiect Furnizare materiale de constructii necesare intretinerii si reparatiei drumurilor. În acest sens, obiectivul general al acordului-cadru are ca scop achizitionarea de materiale de constructii necesare efectuarii de catre autoritatea contractanta in regie proprie a constructiei/modernizarii/reabilitarii/repararii/intretinerii drumurilor aflate in administrarea Primariei Sector 3. Informatii referitoare la cantităţile minime şi maxime estimate pe durata întregului acord-cadru, cantităţile minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul celui mai mic, respectiv celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regăsesc în cadrul Anexei nr. 2 la caietul de sarcini. Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 131.659,45 lei exclusiv TVA; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.060.828,33 lei exclusiv TVA; Valoarea minimă a acordului cadru: 1.570.622,86 lei exclusiv TVA; Valoarea maximă a acordului cadru: 7.724.007,00 lei exclusiv TVA. Pe durata acordului cadru, autoritatea contractantă estimează că se vor încheia 2 contracte subsecvente/an in functie de necesitati, dar autoritatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a încheia mai multe sau mai puține contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesități, Durata celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 8 luni de la semnarea de către ambele părți.
