Produsele ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate sunt materiale consumabile de unica folosinta pentru sectia de Urologie - BO din cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Sf.Apostol Andrei Constant: Ureteroscop flexibil digital de unica folosinta; Teaca de acces ureteral; Fir ghid urologic flexibil la ambele capete; Fibra Laser; Conectori pentru ureteroscop flexibil de unica folosinta; Stent dublu JJ long life; Produsele fac obiectul prezentului caiet de sarcini sunt folosite in tratamentul patologiilor litiazice de aparat urinar inalt pentru litotritia cu sistemul Laser HO-YAG . Cantitatile minime si maxime ale Acordului Cadru sunt evidentiate in caietul de Sarcini. Cantitatea celui mai mare contract subsecvent este evidentiata in caietul de Sarcini. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor . In conformitate cu prevederile art.161 din legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare. 1 Ureteroscop flexibil digital de unica folosinta; Compatibil cu monitorul LITHOVUE din dotare 576 BUC 2 Teaca de acces ureteral 288 BUC 3 Fir ghid urologic flexibil la ambele capete 288 BUC 4 Fibra Laser; Compatibila cu sistemul LASER Auriga XL din dotare 144 BUC 5 Conectori pentru ureteroscop flexibil de unica folosinta 576 BUC 6 Stent dublu JJ long life 1008 BUC
