Obiectul contractului îl constituie achiziția și implementarea unor echipamente hardware și soluții software destinate extinderii capacității de stocare, centralizării stocării fișierelor utilizatorilor și realizării unei infrastructuri dedicate, centralizate și redundante pentru backup și recuperarea datelor. Achiziția include livrarea echipamentelor și licențelor, instalarea, configurarea, integrarea cu infrastructura existentă, testarea, punerea în funcțiune și documentarea soluției. Operațiunile de instalare, configurare, integrare, testare și punere în funcțiune sunt parte integrantă a implementării. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20.
