Prezenta procedură are ca obiect achiziția de detectoare de gaze (incluzând accesoriile și serviciile de mentenanță preventivă asociate), ce se vor utiliza în activitatea de depistare a pierderilor de gaze naturale din rețelele de distribuție al căror operator este entitatea contractantă (Distrigaz Sud Retele S.R.L.). Detectoare de gaze, incluzând accesorii și serviciile de mentenanță preventivă asociate, având caracteristicile tehnice stipulate in Caietul de sarcini aferent prezentei proceduri. Cantitatile minime estimate ale Acordului-cadru ce urmeaza a fi atribuit, cantitatile maxime estimate ale Acordului-cadru, precum si cantitatile minime estimate ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent si cantitatile maxime estimate ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent dintre cele ce vor fi atribuite in baza Acordului-cadru se gasesc in Caietul de sarcini, la Cap. IX.
