Digitalizarea infrastructurii de apa si apa uzata in UAT-urile aflate in aria de operare (contorizare inteligentă, contoare ultrasonice), conform caietului de sarcini atasat. Obiectivul specific la care contribuie furnizarea produselor reprezinta determinarea, în timp real sau aproape în timp real, a consumului de apă și posibilitatea de a citi consumul atât la nivel local, cât și de la distanță, precum si reducerea costurilor de verificare și reparații a contoarelor, cu cel puțin 30% față de situația actuală, determinată de fiabilitatea sistemului de contorizare propus. Numar de zile pâna la care se pot solicita clarificari înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 14 zile (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor). Nota: Entitatea contractanta va raspunde numai la solicitarile transmise cu respectarea acestui termen. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Nota 3: Interfața metrologică va fi inclusă în una din componentele ofertate.
