Obiectul contractului il reprezinta furnizare toalete automate, cantitatile si specificatiile tehnice din caietul de sarcini, care curinde: Obiectul contractului îl constituie furnizare a unui număr de 12 toalete automate , furnizorul va asigura atât transportul și livrarea echipamentelor, cât și montajul toaletelor automate, inclusiv confecționarea radierului de susținere, realizarea racordurilor la rețelele de apă, canalizare și energie electrică, precum și punerea în funcțiune a fiecărei unități. Furnizarea produselor se va realiza cu respectarea standardelor de calitate si a normelor de igienă stabilit de autoritatea contractantă. Descrierea produselor ce vor face obiectul contractului de achiziție publica se regăsește în cadrul Caietului de sarcini, publicat odată cu prezentul anunț de participare. Termene: durata totală a implementării contractului este de 90 de zile. Termenul limită până la care se pot solicita clarificări de către operatorii economici interesați de accesul la procedura de atribuire: 18 zile inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea ofertelor. Termenul limită pentru publicarea răspunsului/răspunsurilor consolidat/consolidate la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: în a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limită pentru primirea ofertelor. În scopul asigurării unor condiții igienico-sanitare adecvate pe domeniul public al Sectorului 1 și pentru a oferi utilizatorilor acces facil la soluții sanitare moderne, este necesară achiziția de toalete automate. Acestea vor contribui la creșterea gradului de confort urban și la respectarea standardelor de igienă, prin asigurarea unor dotări eficiente, accesibile și conforme cu cerințele actuale ale comunității.
