Obiectul acordului-cadru îl reprezintă achiziționarea de materiale sanitare în cantitățile menționate în Caietul de sarcini, capitolul 4. Produse solicitate-Cantități minime și maxime. NOTA : Potrivit prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, autoritatea contractanta stabileste 1 termen - limita in care va asigura raspunsul clar si complet la solicitarile de clarificare/informatii suplimentare ale ofertantilor astfel: Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Seringi si Ace de unica folosinta în cantitățile minime și maxime solicitate prin Caietului de sarcini; Consumabile medicale în cantitățile minime și maxime solicitate prin Caietului de sarcini; Fire de Sutura în cantitățile minime și maxime solicitate prin Caietului de sarcini
