Acord cadru furnizare consumabile medicale la Spitalul Municipal Turda, conform caietului de sarcini. si a fisei de date. Obiectul contractelor subsecvente care se vor incheia il va constitui furnizarea de consumabile medicale solicitate de sectii si compartimente din cadrul unitatii, conform caietului de sarcini. Acestea sunt necesare desfasurarii actului medical. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari. In conformitate cu prevedeile art. 160 si 161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul pentru raspunsul autoritatii contractante la clarificari este in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor este de 16 zile. CONF. ANEXA CAIET DE SARCINI; CONF. ANEXA CAIET DE SARCINI; Algoritm de calcul: Punctajul se acorda astfel: a)Pentru cele mai bune produse din punct de vedere tehnico-functional ofertate (Pt) se acordă punctajul maxim alocat. Caracteristicile specificate in caietul de sarcini sunt carateristici minime acceptate. Produsele care indeplinesc caracteristicile minime din caietul de sarcini primesc punctaj maxim, daca nu exista alte produse cu caracteristici tehnice superioare. b) Pentru alte produse punctajul se acordă astfel: Ptn = (Pt/Ptn) x punctajul maxim alocat, unde: Pt - produsul cel mai bun tehnic/functional Ptn - produsul ofertei n analizate.
