Description

Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze prin incheierea unui acord cadru fara reluarea competitiei cu un singur operator economic pe perioada a 12 luni, CONSERVE pentru centrele aflate in subordinea DGASPC Tulcea, astfel: Acord cadru 12 luni: valoare maxima estimata 1.136.427,00 lei fara TVA, Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: se estimeaza a se incheia in functie de solicitarile primite de la centrele din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea trei(3) contracte subsecvente . Cel mai mare contract subsecvent se estimeaza a se incheia pe 6 luni: -valoare maxima estimata 568.213,50 lei fara TVA. Pe toata perioada de derulare a contractului/acordului cadru, autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul sa suplimenteze sau sa diminueze cantitatile prevazute initial, conform prevederilor legale in vigoare, modificarile urmand a fi comunicate si prestatorului, avand in vedere fluctuatia de asistati din cadrul centrelor din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea. Nu se accepta depunerea de oferte alternative. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 15 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, pana in a 11 zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
