Achizitia de ,,Echipamente si aparate de laborator în cadrul proiectului METROFOOD-RI, cod MySMIS 309287” , conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini. Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor /candidaturilor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare: a 11 a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://www.e-licitatie.ro). Finalizarea procedurii de atribuire prin încheierea contractului de achiziție publică este supusă următoarei condiții suspensive, ce va opera pentru o perioada de maxim 3 luni de la data limită a depunerii ofertei: Încheierea contractului de achiziție publică este condiționată de menținerea finanțării de la bugetul de stat/venituri proprii, semnarea contractului fiind posibilă doar în situația în care se respectă dispozițiile referitoare la angajarea cheltuielilor din bugetele care intră sub incidența legislației privind finanțele publice, si cu respectarea dispozitiilor Hotararii nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului de achizitie publica/acordului-cadru din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. În cazul în care, indiferent de motive, menținerea finanțării de la bugetul de stat/venituri proprii nu se realizează, autoritatea contractantă va aplica prevederile art. 212 alin. (1) lit. c) teza a II-a din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, fiind imposibilă încheierea contractului de achiziție publică. Ofertanții din cadrul acestei proceduri înteleg că Autoritatea Contractantă și/sau MEC nu pot fi considerați răspunzători pentru vreun prejudiciu în cazul anulării procedurii de atribuire, indiferent de natura acestuia și indiferent dacă Autoritatea Contractanta și/sau MEC au fost notificați asupra existenței unui asemenea prejudiciu. Ofertanții din cadrul acestei proceduri acceptă utilizarea condițiilor speciale de mai sus/clauzei suspensive, asumându-și întreaga răspundere în raport cu eventualele prejudicii pe care le-ar putea suferi în situația descrisă. Achizitia publică de ,,Echipamente pentru pregătirea probelor”, conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini.; Achizitia publică de ,,Echipamente pentru caracterizarea fizico-chimică a probelor”, conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini.
