Description

Prestare servicii de centre de apel. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11 zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. În derularea acordului-cadru se estimează a fi încheiate următoarele contracte subsecvente succesive: - contractul subsecvent nr. 1, cu o durată de timp estimată de o lună și 11 zile (20.11 - 31.12.2025), având valoarea minimă estimată de 832.259,00 lei fără TVA pentru un număr de 50 persoane și valoarea maximă estimată de 1.145.171,00 lei fără TVA pentru un număr de 70 persoane; - contractul subsecvent nr. 2, cu o durată de timp estimată de 12 luni (01.01 - 31.12.2026), având valoarea minimă estimată de 7.307.640,00 lei fără TVA pentru un număr de 50 persoane și valoarea maximă estimată de 10.055.160,00 lei fără TVA pentru un număr de 70 persoane; - contractul subsecvent nr. 3, cu o durată de timp estimată de 10 luni și 19 zile (01.01 - 19.11.2027), având valoarea minimă estimată de 6.475.381,00 lei fără TVA pentru un număr de 50 persoane și valoarea maximă estimată de 8.909.989,00 lei fără TVA pentru un număr de 70 persoane. Contractele subsecvente nu pot depăși durata exercițiului bugetar anual. Frecvența estimată de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: anual.
