Achizitia de Carne de porc si vita pentru structurile functionale din subordine ale D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau din Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda si Stilpu. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 6 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare pana la data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Achizitia de Carne de porc si vita pentru beneficiarii structurilor functionale din subordinea D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau, din Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda si Stilpu. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Contractele subsecvente acordului-cadru se vor incheia de regula lunar/trimestrial/semestrial/12 luni, in functie de buget si de necesitatile institutiei. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni este de minim 1.217.620,00 lei fara TVA si maxim 2.435.240,00 lei fara TVA. Valoarea totala maxima estimata a contractului s-a determinat prin luarea in considerare a variantei in care autoritatea contractanta opteaza pentru suplimentarea la nivelul maxim prevazut a cantitatii de Carne de porc si vita pentru beneficiarii structurilor functionale din subordinea D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau, din Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda si Stilpu. Valoarea estimata (LEI fara TVA) a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit pe durata acordului cadru este: - 1.217.620,00 lei fara TVA.
