Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, o singură dată, în a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, pentru clarificările solicitate cu 18 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere al ofertelor. Acord-cadru - minim 10 tone, maxim 1000 tone, Valoarea AC minim 63.206,90 lei, maxim 6.320.690,00,00 lei, respectiv minim 14.001,80 USD, maxim 1.400.180,00 USD. Contract subsecvent - minim 5 tone, maxim 100 tone.
